The year 2022’s most trending movie is Kantara. The ‘Kantara’ action thriller by Hombale is catching on like wildfire. Although the film’s prices are declining, its box office receipts are rising, which indicates a sharp rise in audience interest.
Rarely does a movie make more money on Monday than it does on Friday. But it’s not the case for movie Kantara. The audience has increased dramatically since Friday, by nearly 40–50%.
Even well-known Indian film critics have predicted that the movie will succeed. On Monday, the fourth day after release, the Hindi version of Kantara is reportedly still quite popular. Day 4’s price was more than Day 1’s, despite weekday ticket prices being lower.
Kantara made Rs 9.27 crore at the domestic box office after earning 1.27 crore on Day 1, 2.75 crore on Day 2, 3.50 crore and 1.75 crore, respectively, on Days 3 and 4. These numbers are based on Daywise collection.

The movie began raking in big bucks in the Hindi market as soon as it was launched on October 14th, after capturing the box office banks with the release of its Kannada version. The movie had a fantastic debut in the Hindi market, and during the weekend, it had tremendous growth.
Kantara has received a lot of support from the public, and well-known figures such Prabhas, Dhanush, Anil Kumble, Shilpa Shetty, Kangana Ranaut, and the honourable Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports of India, Anurag Thakur, have all shared their admiration for the movie on social media. This adoration has since manifested itself at the box office, with the movie earning 1.27 crores ($1.27 million) on its opening day in the Hindi market, then doubling that amount ($2.75 crore) on Saturday. Prior to this, the movie saw a significant weekend increase, with Sunday’s box office takings in the Hindi market totalling 3.5 Cr. Net. In addition, ‘Kantara’ is rising and rising at a consistent rate thanks to this increase.
